About the Role

The Marketplace team at Wavemaker is responsible for delivering exceptional implementation planning and buying services, leveraging data, technology, and automation to execute and amplify client campaigns. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the delivery of client media plans, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality implementation planning and buying services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
* Stay up-to-date with the latest media landscape trends and challenges
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

* Proven experience in implementation planning and buying, with a strong understanding of the media landscape
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
