About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Associate Director to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media plans that meet client objectives and deliver business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners to negotiate the best possible rates and terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform media planning and buying decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in media agencies or broader media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of TV buying and media planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
