**Job Opportunity: Personal Care Worker**
The role of a Personal Care Worker is to provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional resident care and services, encouraging residents to remain independent while working in a workplace that prioritizes safety.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will work closely with the nursing and resident engagement teams to deliver resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner. You will be surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers who are dedicated to providing an excellent standard of care.
**About This Role**
- Provide personal care and support to elderly residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents to engage in lifestyle and group activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver holistic care and support to residents.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in aged care.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and families.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (if not already held).
