**Job Opportunity: Personal Care Worker**

The role of a Personal Care Worker is to provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Personal Care Worker, you will work closely with the nursing and resident engagement teams to deliver resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner. **About This Role**

  • Provide personal care and support to elderly residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents to engage in lifestyle and group activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver holistic care and support to residents.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in aged care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (if not already held).
