Job Summary:

Paxus is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of security architectures and strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud technologies, focusing on security engineering, and a strong understanding of security frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program requirements and security needs.
  • Design and configure cloud components to align with recognized security baselines and best practices.
  • Implement and maintain security controls to protect internal programs from cyber threats.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
  • Develop processes for monitoring security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Collaborate with security team members to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide security guidance and support to development teams to ensure the secure design and implementation of internal programs.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in cloud security, focusing on security engineering.
  • Experience configuring cloud components to align with recognized security baselines.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, CIS, SACSF, ISM.
  • Excellence in technical concepts with a demonstrated commitment to expanding knowledge.
