About You

Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across all staff levels, including lawyers, support staff, and graduates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with practice leaders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Lead graduate and summer clerk programs across multiple offices.
- Develop and post job advertisements, including those on LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Maintain relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with terms of business.
- Supervise and mentor HR Assistants.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
