Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects, aligning with key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Provide technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development, and implementation of process improvement.
  • Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

Requirements

  • A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in project or change management is recommended.
  • Previous experience supporting and managing projects in Finance, Credit, and operations.
  • Strong ability to lead a project and a group of SMEs, actively participate in project work, and support in the requirements for delivery/implementation.
  • 6 Sigma background and Project Management Professional certification (PMP) are highly desirable.
