Corporate Support Operations Executive

This is a temporary position available for expressions of interest.
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality administrative support to the senior management team.
- Provide confidential and executive-level administrative support to the Director-General's office.
- Arrange domestic travel for team members, book accommodation and vehicles, in accordance with policy.
- Prepare expenditure approval minutes, process travel claims, corporate card and cab charge accounts, ensuring accuracy in alignment with policy.
- Develop and maintain effective administrative systems, including stakeholder databases and event tracking.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks as directed.
The successful candidate will have:
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer service focus.
- A strong understanding of government processes, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient use and understanding of the Corporate Travel Management system and ProMaster.
