You'll be backed by strong support, an attractive commission structure, and real opportunities to grow your career within a premium, well-respected organisation.What You'll Be DoingDriving new membership sales through calls, appointments, referrals, outreach, events and creative campaignsOwning the full sales cycle from first contact to sign-up to inductionCreating a welcoming, energetic experience for every prospective memberWorking toward monthly KPIsRepresenting your club with pride – in the gym, the community and beyondRoster & FlexibilityThis isn't your standard 9-5—it's a dynamic, people-focused role that reflects the energy of the fitness industry.
This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between 8am and 8pm, including some weekends and public holidays.
Rosters are set in advance so you can still plan around your life.Note: Only candidates eligible to commit to a permanent full-time contract will be considered.
