Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new membership sales through calls, appointments, referrals, outreach, events, and campaigns.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to sign-up to induction, creating a welcoming experience for every prospective member.

This is a dynamic role that requires a people-first approach. You will work on a rotating roster across 7 days, between 8am and 8pm, including some weekends and public holidays.

Rapid Progression Pathways:

You will have clear progression pathways into leadership, operations, or management roles. Access to internal development programs will also help you grow personally and professionally.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle.
  • Previous membership or fitness sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
