Quality Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Care Professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, aged care, and training, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for guiding the team to meet the highest standards of care and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible service.

  • Lead quality-focused initiatives and coaching to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address gaps in skills and knowledge.
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing with current registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable.
  • A proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
