Construction Project Site Manager

The ideal candidate for this Project Coordinator role will have previous experience in commercial construction projects, particularly in hospitality. They should have a solid understanding of the Sydney construction market and related trades.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day project operations from start to finish, managing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with site managers and client-side stakeholders, and maintaining OH&S compliance.
Additional requirements include:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator on commercial construction projects
- Hospitality construction project experience is desirable
- Ideally experience in project values up to $15 million
- Solid understanding of the Sydney construction market and related trades
- Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships on site
- White Card and relevant tickets (e.g., First Aid, Working at Heights)
