Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven construction leader to oversee the delivery of high-end projects in Sydney.

This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone with a strong background in carpentry and proven experience managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct trades to meet schedule and design specifications
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on site
  • Ensure exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to deliver the project vision
  • Manage timelines, resources, and site documentation
  • Conduct regular team briefings and safety meetings

About You

  • Trade qualified Carpenter with a solid background in residential construction
  • Minimum 5 years of Leadership/Project Management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, ideally in high-end or architectural homes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of construction programming and site coordination
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship
  • Able to read and interpret architectural and structural plans confidently
  • White Card and current driver's licence
