  • Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of services.

  • Manage daily operations of the clinical unit, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the unit is adequately staffed and equipped to meet patient needs, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage unit budgets, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatments, and self-care strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and families throughout their care journey.
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and address any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of unit goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to unit performance, patient outcomes, and staff activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning and development for the clinical area.
