We are seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Registered Nurses in delivering comprehensive care plans to residents. You will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, administering medication, and supervising the delivery of care plans on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will also need to have a strong understanding of aged care principles and practices, as well as the ability to navigate complex care situations.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to older adults. You will be a natural leader who can inspire and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Registered Nurses in delivering comprehensive care plans to residents
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Administer medication and supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Mentor and coach junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Evidence of COVID-19 and current flu vaccinations per employer policies
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance within 6-months validity
- NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
- Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation, and continuous improvement
