Job Title: Warehouse Storeperson - EV Lab

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our EV Lab team in Smithfield. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock movements and condition.
  • Coordinate and supervise the receipt, handling, and dispatch of goods, including the use of forklifts to assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records of delivered and dispatched goods, and tracking responsibility when handling company assets.
  • Ensure effective HSE controls are maintained within the warehouse and office space.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, external partners, suppliers, and NRMA teams.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and support team members on a variety of tasks.
  • Administrative experience in general office duties, including medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work with a high volume of data and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with contracted service providers and work well under pressure of multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, with sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WH&S) laws and legislation.
  • Ability to lift items within WorkSafe guidelines.
