Job Title: Warehouse Storeperson - EV Lab

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our EV Lab team in Smithfield. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock movements and condition.
  • Coordinate and supervise the receipt, handling, and dispatch of goods, including the use of forklifts to assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and advising on urgent issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office space, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
  • Medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WH&S) laws and legislation, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
