Job Overview

Arup seeks a senior electrical engineer leader to join our leadership team in a regional role focused on delivering and expanding our health, energy, and data centre capability across Asia-Pacific. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile data center projects, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Strategically develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Represent Arup in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and long-term relationships.
  • Drive the growth and development of Arup's electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data center space.
  • Assume primary responsibility for the overall quality and execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards and delivering on time and within budget.
