About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at Portmans in Wollongong. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing and coaching your team, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Manage stock levels, minimize stock loss, and maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store
