About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Contracts Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of contracts management for high-risk and high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead critical tender negotiations, analyzing quotes and tenders for evaluations.
  • Oversee the entire procurement contract lifecycle, encompassing all tasks primarily associated with contracts.
  • Provide a high level of stakeholder engagement with internal customers and demonstrate superior relationship management and influencing skills with external parties.
  • Offer expert guidance on procurement policy best practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide a comprehensive procurement service for assigned capital works projects.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in conjunction with relevant experience in health will be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in contract management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Outcome-focused professional passionate about delivering high-quality service.
