Automotive Workshop Supervisor

Take the next step in your automotive career and lead a team environment. As an Automotive Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control
  • Work alongside the technician's to trouble shoot problems to improve workshop flow, provide guidance and solutions on a variety of different mechanical issues that arise on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
  • Valid MVTC (Motor Vehicle Tradespersons license)
  • Have a basic understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop
  • Drive and motivation to achieve results
  • Enjoy the challenge of a busy work environment
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • A sound range of mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
