Business Partner Opportunity

This role supports solid growth plans, providing HR services to approximately 300 employees across three branches. The Business Partner will work closely with senior HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance appraisals and grievances.
  • Provide timely advice on performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support workforce planning, maintain the company's HR system, and develop strategies for employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • A background in Human Resources with experience across various sectors.
  • Experience with HR systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
