Turf Maintenance Equipment Specialist

As a skilled Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region is carried out to the highest standards.
This role requires effective management of field service priorities and schedules, as well as ensuring our service fleet vehicle's safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing. You will also be responsible for coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish and maintain relevant service-related information, provide product service training to clients as required, and build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
You will also participate in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards. This will enable you to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
