Our team is looking for a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical work and be able to perform repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking someone who can effectively manage field service priorities and schedules.
  • The successful candidate will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing of the service fleet vehicle.
  • This role involves coordinating and performing mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance equipment.
  • The Field Service Technician will establish and maintain relevant service-related information.
  • The position requires providing product service training to clients as needed.
  • We are looking for someone who can build and maintain a customer base to promote ongoing financial growth.
  • The successful candidate will participate in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
Qualifications:
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • The ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License is necessary for this role.
