Field Service Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field service priorities and schedules effectively.
  • Ensure service fleet vehicle safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establish and maintain relevant service-related information.
  • Provide product service training to clients as required.
  • Secure new business opportunities to promote financial growth.
  • Participate in internal product-based training to meet OEM service standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for establishing effective business relationships.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License is required.
