About the Role

The Electrophysiology Clinical Specialist Manager plays a pivotal role in driving excellence within clinical settings. This includes leading a team of Clinical Specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes through expert product knowledge and industry insights.

Closely collaborating with commercial leaders and Territory Managers ensures seamless clinical case coverage across regions based on customer needs.

Clinical Educators work together to align online training courses with in-field coaching, fostering clinical excellence with electrophysiology technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize technical expertise to provide clinical support, including basic trouble-shooting and guidance for diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Measure electrical circuits within the heart and perform stimulation protocols as per physician requests to aid in diagnosis.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products to train Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Physiologists, and Nurses.
  • Support team members on cases, providing training and advice on clinical attributes and techniques associated with electrophysiology products.
People Development
  • Foster a high-performing team with a positive culture and collaborative spirit.
  • Identify and attract Clinical Specialists, supporting their integration into the team and organization.
  • Coach team members in the field, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs to achieve individual and business goals.
  • Drive positive employee engagement and team culture within the team and across the division.
Building and Maintaining Relationships
  • Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining contact with major accounts and key partnerships.
  • Support customers with education forums and attend industry-sponsored events.
Clinical Excellence
  • Be a subject matter expert in the product portfolio, differentiating each product line against competitors.
  • Maintain clinical knowledge through published literature, conference addresses, and local clinical expertise.
  • Share clinical experiences to motivate others and teach applicable skills.
Business Processes
  • Contribute to account potential and customer behavior insights based on market segmentation.
  • Apply business practices and methods in own job function.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Model collaboration and work effectively with others to achieve goals, involving others in decision making.
