About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Clinical Specialist team in driving clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management, with proven leadership success and commercial track record of success.

This is a key role that requires the ability to develop and maintain technical understanding of company products, provide clinical support and guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias, and build strong relationships with customers and functional areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support including basic trouble-shooting and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of and provide technical training of company products to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists and Nurses.
  • Support team members on cases face to face or remotely and providing support where required on training / advice to clinical team members on clinical attributes / techniques associated with company electrophysiology products.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships and understanding of customers and develops and maintain relationships with functional areas.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in leadership roles is highly valued however less experience will be considered for an exceptional candidate.
  • Proven technical experience in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management.
  • Demonstrated commercial track record of success.
