As a Clinical Specialist, you will be part of our elite sales team that delivers advanced medical technologies to patients in need. You will collaborate extensively with leading healthcare professionals to see the impact of your work on individual lives.

The primary focus of this role is to provide field and remote clinical, technical, and educational support in Electrophysiology (EP) to assigned accounts across ANZ. This includes supporting the introduction of new therapies, such as Pulsed Field Ablation through our recent launch of the FARAPULSE system. You will demonstrate clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes and travel frequently as part of the role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Clinical Support
You will utilise your technical knowledge of EP to provide basic trouble-shooting and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias. This will involve measuring electrical circuits within the heart and performing stimulation protocols as per physician requests.

Technical Training
You will develop a deep technical understanding of our products and provide training to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, and Nurses. You will also ensure that products are utilised in accordance with the Directions for Use.

Customer Relationship Building
You will build and maintain effective networks with hospital personnel and stakeholders to promote our products and services. You will also respond to complex customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.

Administration
You will record customer information and activities in our CRM system and complete relevant administration tasks, including reporting, stock validations, and inventory management.

Travel and Representation
You will attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products and services. You may also be required to represent our company at industry events.

About Electrophysiology
Electrophysiology is a medical specialty that deals with the study and treatment of disorders related to the electrical activity of the heart. As an Electrophysiology Clinical Specialist, you will have a thorough understanding of this field, including the biophysics of radiofrequency and cryoablation.
