Aboriginal Health Workforce Development Specialist

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Project Officer role is a dynamic opportunity to support the growth of the health workforce in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as key liaison between stakeholders, providing strategic advice and supporting the implementation of the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Action Plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, including the health workforce, health leadership, education providers and communities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Requirements:- Masters or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
