Senior Clinical Operations Director

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical services, and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our clinical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical audits and risk management initiatives to ensure compliance and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to allied health professionals to ensure safe and compliant practice
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of care and clinical staff to deliver integrated and high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in clinical operations, aged care, community care, or healthcare
  • Proven experience in clinical governance, risk management, and audit
  • Strong understanding of aged care reforms, funding models, and regulatory compliance
