As a Business Development Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business systems, operational processes, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine fleet operations records to enhance data-driven decision making.
  • Establish and manage order processing and inventory management systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of logistics for equipment.
  • Capture and analyze key data metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge sharing portal to facilitate information exchange among team members.
  • Localize training content to meet the needs of the Australian market.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology, process, and people initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive business value. Your exceptional leadership skills, ability to communicate at multiple levels, and experience in developing business systems will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with clients and partners.
