Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Leadership: Lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant requirements, and maintain risk management plans.
  • Business Systems Development: Refine fleet operations records, establish order processing systems, and develop capacity planning processes.
  • Operations Coordination: Assist logistics coordination for equipment and supplies.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Identify data metrics, analyze data, and write reports for stakeholders.
  • Training Delivery: Develop and localize training content for the local market.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities through technology, process, and people initiatives.
  • Care of Assets: Ensure assets are maintained, accounted for, and in good working order.
  • Other Duties: Contribute to the organization through participation and idea sharing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Relationship Development: Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business System Development: Experience in developing business systems and processes.
