Event Management Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to race day patrons and clients, ensuring operational standards related to Security and OSH are maintained, and responding to incidents promptly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational standards related to Security and OSH.
  • Monitor patron intoxication levels in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.
  • Respond to incidents promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • RSACertificate.
  • Relevant experience in reputable venues.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Availability to work Saturday day shifts.
