Event Production Role

The Event Production role at our company involves the successful planning, management, and execution of production events. This includes implementing processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems, and optimising the deployment of production resources.

  • Partner with clients and creative teams to bring forth innovative and experiential based solutions.
  • Responsible for addressing client needs by organising meetings, creating and maintaining detailed show documentation, and responding to client concerns and questions.
  • Execute project planning of all events using company systems and processes.
  • Responsible for properly planning resources and logistics across assigned production work.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide scoping and pricing for managed account and production projects.
  • Deliver high-quality events within budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Responsible for creation, analysis, and execution of project budgets, partnering with discipline leads to mitigate risks.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Properly reconcile events, delivering wrap reports and ensuring administrative data is accurate.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
  • Strong sales and customer facing skills.
  • Good understanding of the event lifecycle.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with clients.
  • Understand different event types and their impact.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Problem solving ability.
