Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
  • Arrange courier and delivery services.
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain staff and client contact phone lists.

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive first impression of our company. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

You will work collaboratively with the Administration team to ensure continuous front desk coverage. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
