The Role

We seek a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our housing programs. This role will work closely with our teams to ensure our developments are delivered on time and ready to serve residents' diverse needs.

  • Coordinate inputs across teams to meet obligations under agreements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, managing communications, and representing the organisation in key forums.
  • Drive operational readiness by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring we're prepared to mobilise services as new developments come online.
  • Support governance and reporting by preparing documentation and contributing to continuous improvement in project management.
About You

To be successful for this role, you will have a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people in our community, along with:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within housing or social impact sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—confident liaising with government, partners, and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for spotting risks and solving problems before they escalate.
