Digital Media Coordinator

The role

We're on the lookout for an entry-level Digital Media Coordinator to join one of our paid media teams. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and bilingual (Mandarin/English) individual looking to launch a career in digital marketing. You'll support our Performance Manager and wider team across key deliverables including data entry, social listening reports, and campaign support across our cross-discipline teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with campaign tracking, reporting, and data entry
• Supporting the creation of social listening reports and insights
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Contributing to client work across paid digital platforms

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g., RED, WeChat, Weibo) is a plus
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
