Document Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Writer Trainee. This three-year development program will see you expand and develop your skills while contributing to the success of our products and processes by creating accurate and high-quality documentation.
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about writing and has excellent communication skills. As a Technical Writer Trainee, you will be responsible for creating user manuals, guides, and other technical documents that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaising with internal teams to understand production and documentation needs, you will support team members with documentation creation as well as analysing existing documents for improvements and updates.
- You will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for improvement in our documentation processes and implement changes to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly
- Mechanical aptitude advantageous
