We are seeking a senior leader to oversee the effective management and production of food and beverage services across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive work environment where learning and personal development drive quality improvement.
  • Lead the food and beverage team across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service and teamwork.
  • Ensure catering operations meet contractual obligations while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques to meet ISS brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Executive and Head Chef to address any issues and maintain company standards.
  • Maintain the highest possible standard of hygiene in line with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.
  • Develop menus for routine meal services, private, and formal functions in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Manage food costs and expenses within budget and ensure accurate recording and reporting.
  • Regularly review and address client staff feedback and maintenance registers.
