Luxury Boutique Manager

A visionary leader is sought to helm our flagship boutique, where every appointment begins a love story.
We're looking for someone with impeccable style, natural flair, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. As the face of our brand, you'll guide brides through one of life's most important decisions, running the boutique with precision, creativity, and care.
Main Responsibilities:- Host and manage one-on-one bridal consultations from scheduling to fittings.
- Be a trusted advisor, taking measurements, confirming sizing, and coordinating custom orders with internal teams.
- Ensure the showroom is always photo-ready – oversee cleaning, styling, steaming, and gown care.
- Manage all customer communication across key accounts.
- Oversee a small team of stylists, including training, rostering, and supporting their success.
- Closely coordinate with wholesale and production teams for seamless handovers.
- Run tailoring appointments, managing payments and communicating fit adjustments.
- Maintain stock levels and plan annual sample sales.
Our ideal candidate has luxury fashion, bridal, or boutique retail experience, proven sales results, strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a passion for bridal and fashion.
