The Company

A prestigious and globally recognized luxury watch brand is seeking a Boutique Manager to join its retail team. With a rich heritage and commitment to excellence, our brand delivers timeless craftsmanship and innovation.

The Role

As the Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall success of the boutique. You will assist in the daily operations and management of the store, ensuring seamless efficiency and a high standard of service. Engaging with clients to build lasting relationships, you will provide expert guidance and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence. In this role, you will support and motivate the sales team, driving performance and fostering a positive team culture. You will also oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation while handling operational tasks, reporting, and assisting with store strategy.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a strong background in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. A client-focused approach, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Success in this role requires a results-driven mindset and experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM and inventory management systems would be advantageous.
