About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our luxury timepiece boutique in Melbourne CBD. As a Luxury Timepiece Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Able to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  4. Oversight of visual merchandising standards, seasonal launches, and store presentation.
  5. Collaborate with head office, planning, and regional management to maximise results.
