Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on employee relations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring precise record-keeping. You will collaborate within a broader People & Culture team, supporting our expanding workforce.

Your responsibilities:

Employee Relations:
  • Deliver HR advice and support to staff and management regarding HR policies and best practices.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and help organize company events.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new and departing employees.
  • Support the execution of employee surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve routine HR matters.
General Support:
  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes and procedures to boost efficiency.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist the HR Administrator with payroll inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Engage in various HR projects and tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR Administrator and Workplace Experience team to support events.
  • Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives throughout the year.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Oversee eligibility to work processes.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in generating HR reports and maintaining HR metrics.
  • Support compliance-related tasks, including updating HR policies in accordance with current legislation.

What you will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least one year of experience in an advisory role.
  • Knowledge of visa processes and eligibility to work regulations.
  • Experience with payroll reporting and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive approach to addressing HR-related challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset, effectively working within a team and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Resilience to perform well under pressure.
