Leadership Opportunity in Lending Settlements

The role of Team Leader in Lending Settlements presents an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards delivering exceptional results while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Key Performance Indicators: Monitor team performance, evaluate progress against targets, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Leadership Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure seamless interactions with customers, manage complex complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry, with expertise in workforce planning, resource management, and performance improvement.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations, with a deep understanding of home lending and settlements processes.
  • Knowledge of home settlement platforms such as PEXA; experience with Dye & Durham and LendFast is advantageous.
  • Diploma in leadership or a related financial services field.
