About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at HiTech Group. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in evaluating security risks, designing robust security solutions, and ensuring compliance with government security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Risk Management: Determine security requirements through business strategy evaluations and threat risk assessments.
  • Security Solution Design: Design security solutions that meet the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and ASD Mitigation strategies.
  • Security Accreditation and Compliance: Develop and maintain security accreditation plans and risk management strategies, collaborating with certification and accreditation authorities to ensure system designs meet security standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Security Architect, especially in cloud infrastructure.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and experience managing security artefacts and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in conducting system vulnerability analyses and developing security solutions.
  • Communication: Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and provide guidance on security risks and mitigations.
