Job Title:
Financial Services CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team based in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial management support and assistance for the execution of project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team to ensure all commercial related clauses of the contract are met and audit-related processes and issues are in full compliance;
- Ensuring compliance to project control systems;
- Analysing and reviewing reports for financial accuracy and identifying potential risks;
- Working with the project team in the identification, preparation and submission of variations;
- Compiling and submitting on-time and accurate progress claims, cost reports and cash flow forecasts;
- Providing general administration support to the Commercial Lead;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance;
- Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is desirable or working towards;
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role within the resource industry;
- Sound computer skills with MS Office Suite and financial management systems/databases;
- Proven experience of building relationships at all levels of an organisation;
- A high level of attention to detail with strong business and financial analysis skills;
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationships at all stakeholder levels;
- Experience delivering insightful reporting analytics and financial commercial information to manage business risk and opportunities;
