This role is crucial to ensuring effective financial discipline and operational efficiency across the development of this exciting project. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the full duration of the project, ensuring accurate financial projections and timely reporting.
  • Monitor and report on cash flow vs actuals, maintaining financial alignment with project milestones and targets.
Cost Management & Analysis
  • Implement robust cost control systems to track and manage project expenditures, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial performance.
  • Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices, progress claims, and variations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and external contractors to ensure open communication and transparency in financial matters.
This permanent position offers long-term opportunities beyond the initial 24-month project timeline, with more large-scale projects in the pipeline. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, CPA/CA preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in project control or cost management required.
