We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant over the festive season. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point-of-sale transactions.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth operations of our store through effective management of stock and loss prevention. You will also ensure that visual merchandising is maintained and the store is visually presented in accordance with brand standards.

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be proactive with good problem-solving skills, and have a natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm in everything they do. They will also embody the Country Road Group's can-do attitude and demonstrate a passion for our brands and customer-obsessed culture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point-of-sale transactions
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention
  • Ensure visual merchandising is maintained and the store is visually presented in accordance with brand standards
  • Live and role model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results
