Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, your focus is on building long lasting relationships with your clients by offering expert advice, personal service, and an unforgettable boutique experience. You'll be entrusted with guiding clients through a world of craftsmanship and heritage, while meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver personalised, client-focused service with a consultative approach
Build and maintain long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-up
Drive individual and team sales targets through refined selling techniques
Represent the brand with confidence, deep product knowledge, and elegance
Support visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation
Manage after-sales service and ensure clients feel cared for every step of the way
Actively grow your client book and seek out opportunities to enhance brand loyalty
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in luxury, premium retail, or high-end hospitality
A natural ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
Confidence in delivering tailored experiences in a refined setting
Passion for craftsmanship, heritage brands, or luxury lifestyle products
