We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Facilities Management Services team, you will provide high-level customer service and administrative support to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service and facilities professionals to respond to customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage site operations, including vendor management, work requests, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct account administration and provide support to the facilities management team.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records in our system to support our Facility Managers onsite.
- Develop a deep understanding of our digital systems and integration platforms.
- Ensure service providers adhere to contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience or relevant education, with a passion for property and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience or knowledge in the building facilities management industry.
- Tertiary qualification in a property, technical, or facilities field (desired).
