Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the operations team and ensure seamless facilities management operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure client satisfaction through excellent facilities management and workplace engagement activities
- Conduct facilities management operations audits and identify areas for improvement
- Provide office tours and introductions for new hires
- Manage vendors and ensure timely and budget-friendly service delivery
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records
- Respond to emergency situations and prepare incident reports
- Assist with event setup and coordination as needed
- Liaise with the landlord on premises-related matters
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in finance, hospitality, property management, or facilities management
